Our People
We are a team of professionals led by a seasoned Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, Nigeria, who comes with a post qualification experience of over 30 years, twenty of which were spent in one of the world’s leading Oil and Gas companies.
Bimbo Komolafe FCA, FCIB
Group MD/CEO
Mrs Bimbo Komolafe is the MD/CEO of Threshold of Trust Nigeria Limited with primary responsibility for managing the various arms of the business comprising Threshold Resources (consulting), Threshold of Trust BDC and Threshold Properties.
She is the principal consultant and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She has over thirty years’ experience in finance and business spanning the banking industry and the Oil and gas sector in Nigeria.
Mrs Rogho Ovuakporie FCA, FCIB
CFO
Mrs Rogho Ovuakporie is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She is a seasoned banker with over 20 years work experience, spanning Bank operations, internal controls, risk management and compliance.
She is the CFO of Threshold of Trust Nigeria Limited.
Mr Seun Adegbie
GM Operations
Mr Seun Adegbie holds a BTech (Hons) Computer Engineering, from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria and Masters of Information Technology..
He has extensive experience in Information technology management and provides the coordination and delivery of technology support to the Threshold companies.
Mr Edison Egere
Manager, Threshold BDC
Mr Edison Egere holds a BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance degree from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria and is the compliance and operations manager for Threshold of Trust Nig. Ltd.
He leads the team responsible for the business operations of the Threshold of Trust BDC.
Mr Damilola Othniel Komolafe
Marketing Manager/Social Media Lead Strategist
Mr Damilola Othniel Komolafe holds a BA (Hons) Business Management & Entrepreneurship and an MSc in Digital Marketing from the Nottingham Trent University UK.
He has experience in General Marketing, product branding and social media management. Damilola is the Marketing Manager and Social Media Lead strategist for Threshold companies and provides the coordination and delivery of the marketing strategies for the Threshold companies.
Ms Tina Osiki
Team Lead
Ms Tina Osiki holds a HND in Quantity Surveying from the Kwara State Polytechnic, Kwara State Nigeria. She has primary responsibility for the administrative operations of Threshold of Trust Nig. Ltd and coordinates the activities of Threshold Properties.
